Opioid Case Management Program

This program will provide services to opioid users, pregnant women and women in a parenting role, in order to help them lead healthier lifestyles.

The counsellor can:

 

• Examine how substances affect your life

• Guide you through the steps of recovery

• Counsel you towards a healthy balanced lifestyle

• Provide case management services and help you navigate the system

• Provide Educational/motivational groups to clients

• Provide outreach services in the communities we serve

• Offer educational sessions about addictions/opiate dependency to clients and other community groups
